Rental of District Facilities

New Westminster Schools makes its facilities available for community use throughout the school year. Space available for rental includes classrooms, libraries, multi-purpose rooms, cafeterias and gymnasiums.

Space is generally available for community use at District schools from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, and in our Neighbourhood Learning Centres throughout the day. Facilities are also available to rent on weekends; however, an additional custodial charge will be added in order to provide opening and closing, security, and custodial services. Weekend rentals are subject to a four-hour minimum timeframe.

All requests to book facilities in the New Westminster School District are handled through our Facility Rentals Department. .

Inquiries about short or long term rentals at District Neighbourhood Learning Centres should be directed .
