Parents and guardians were invited to the event “Understanding Mental Health,” with Andrew Baxter, presented by New Westminster Schools and teenmentalhealth.org on April 3, 2019 at Herbert Spencer Elementary School. The session touched on issues including the teenage brain, teenage stress, common myths about mental illness, getting help, and more. Please see the related resource:
