This free Parents’ Night Out event for parents will feature Dr. Kimberly Schonert-Reichl, Director of the Human Early Learning Partnership in the School of Population and Public Health in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of B.C.\u00a0 She is a renowned expert in the area of social and emotional learning research with children and adolescents, particularly in identifying the processes that foster empathy, compassion, altruism, and resiliency.<\/p>\n

The Parents’ Night Out Committee has been offering free, high-quality education nights for parents and caregivers in New Westminster since 2007.\u00a0 The committee is made up of representatives from:<\/span><\/p>\n
