{"id":33,"date":"2024-10-18T21:35:29","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T01:35:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newwestschools.ca\/multisite-dev2024\/basic-school\/?page_id=33"},"modified":"2025-07-17T12:08:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T16:08:09","slug":"forms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/newwestschools.ca\/connaught\/school-resources\/forms\/","title":{"rendered":"Fees and Forms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">School year forms and fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each year, New Westminster Schools asks families to complete a few important consent forms so we can support student safety and participation in school activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These forms may be completed through SchoolCash Online and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emergency release.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School and district codes of conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Technology and Responsible Use Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walking field trip consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media, photo, and video release.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G Suite for education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BC School Fruit, Vegetable and Dairy Nutrition Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>From time to time, parents are required to pay for activities or services provided by our schools, such as class trips, sports activities, and yearbooks.
