Deadline for application for online reminder
Dear parents and students,
We hope the emails you received from your Principals on Friday have you feeling excited and better prepared to return to schools on September 10th … knowing there may still be more information coming this week for those of you who await schedules or other more specific information.
If there are immediate questions you have, we encourage you to reach out to your local school, as starting tomorrow people will be there to answer phones as we continue to prepare to welcome students and families back.
If you need to see someone face-to-face at the school, please book an appointment in advance as walk-ins will no longer be possible under the new safety measures in place. And please remember that if you do make an appointment, a mask will also be required for all adults, middle and secondary students entering a building.
While we believe schools are the best place for kids to learn, we also understand and respect that there are families who need or want alternatives to help them through this unusual year. This is a reminder that the deadline to apply for our newly created and expanded online or home learning options is tomorrow, Monday August 31st at 4pm.

If you have a doctor’s note to show, despite new safety protocols in place, that your child being at school posses a health risk to either themselves or a family member living in your immediate household, please do not fill out the online application. Instead reach out to the Principal at your school to discuss your options, as they are also collecting the priority lists for our alternative offerings.
