We are located at the corner of Queens Avenue and Eighth Street, on the former site of John Robson Elementary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome students in Grades 6 to 8 from four elementary schools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9cole Qayqayt Elementary School<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lord Kelvin Elementary School<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lord Tweedsmuir Elementary School<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connaught Heights Elementary School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All families, current and new, are welcomed in our learning community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/newwestschools.ca\/frms\/about-us\/school-overview\/school-procedures\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"148\">Learn more about our school procedures<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety procedures overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our school follows rules from the Ministry of Education and Child Care to help keep students safe. We expect everyone to behave in a respectful and responsible way and want all students to feel safe and included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fraser River Middle School practices safety (e.g. fire, earthquake, lockdown) drills throughout the year.
