Intent to register - past deadline

Registrations are accepted all year long, but placement options may change depending on when in the year you submit the application for your children. Regular registration for the 2021-22 school year was open from January 11th through to March 12.

All qualifying registrations currently processed, for both the current and upcoming school year, will be placed at a school, as space permits.

Efforts will be made to place your child in the appropriate catchment school, but where full schools or individual grades may be at capacity, placement at an alternative school may be required.

To start the registration process, please start by filling in and submitting the below form.

This information will be sent to the Registration Team. You will be contacted by phone to be walked through the process and offered one of the two following options:

  1. Families who are comfortable and who have access to printers can drop off their completed registration packages (using a contactless drop option) at the Welcome Centre.
*Due to COVID-19 related precautions, we encourage people to select this option.
  2. All other families – who may need more support or access to copiers or printers – will have a registration appointment scheduled at the Welcome Centre.

*Again, due to COVID-19 related protocols, no drop-in appointments will be allowed.

The Registration Team works out of the Welcome Centre, located at 820 Sixth Street, New Westminster (the entrance to their office is located halfway between Sixth Street and the main entrance to the new Secondary School, on the South side of the building). If you have any questions, please reach out to them at or 604-517-6200.

Please complete and submit the following form to start the process.

  • Parent / Caregiver Information

  • Child(ren) information

  • Thank you for submitting your intent to register form. Your form has been time-stamped and you will soon receive a phone call from our Central Registration Team to coordinate the next steps of your registration.
