Montessori Application 2022

Montessori Program Application

There are two Kindergarten to grade 5 Montessori programs located at Connaught Heights and Richard McBride Schools. Students normally begin Montessori in Kindergarten. However, some may also join in later grades.

Application Process:

  1. Parents must also register their child for their regular catchment school.
  2. The next step is to complete the application form below.  It is the parents’ responsibility to indicate if the child has a sibling already in the program at the same school.
  3. An email will be sent to all applicants confirming their application upon submission of the form (please check your junk mail folder if the messages does not appear in your inbox).
  4. Applications received within the district’s established registration timelines will be grouped by priority category as outlined in AP 220.
  5. A randomized, supervised draw process will be used to determine student placements conducted on March 7, 2022. Families will be notified by email, regardless of outcome, by March 11, 2022. All unplaced applicants will be placed on a waitlist.
  6. All waitlists are dissolved on September 30 each year.

Please note: This is an application form only. This form does NOT register your child for their catchment school.

A separate form must be submitted for each child you would like to have considered.
