New Westminster Secondary offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme<\/strong>, a rigorous academic pathway that begins in Grade 11 and continues through Grade 12. Designed for highly motivated students, the IB programme prepares learners for the challenges of post-secondary education through a globally recognized curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In many of my first year courses, I’m recognizing much of the same materials that I learned in the later parts of IB courses. In addition, general time management, critical thinking and prioritization are skills I learned in IB that I use regularly in university.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

IB taught me time management of extracurriculars with academics, citations and organization, writing papers, but most importantly, knowing how to bounce back from failure.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
