New Westminster Schools holds an in-person and online regular public board meetings during the school year on the 4^th Tuesday of each month, starting at 7:00 pm, unless otherwise noted. All members of the community are welcome to attend.

In addition to the regular meetings, the Board will convene on the 2^nd Tuesday of specific months as an Education Policy & Planning Committee, in-person, on a rotational basis at a designated school starting at 3:30 pm.  An in-person and online Operations Policy & Planning Committee meeting follows at 6:30 pm.
