Apprenticeships

New Westminster Schools offers Apprenticeship Programs in partnership with the Industry Training Authority (ITA – BC’s crown corporation for the post-secondary path of apprenticeship).

These programs enable students to earn their first year of technical training while still in high school for dual credit.

In addition, students may also earn credit for their on-the-job learning as an apprentice and even work toward a $1000 Youth Work in Trades Award.

For more information on these programs and how to contact us, please visit the New Westminster Secondary School website (nwss.ca).
