Transfer (out-of-catchment) Request Form - Sibling Status - 2022/23

This form should be used for students who:

  • are residents of the City of New Westminster,
  • where the student or family who would like to apply for a transfer to an out-of-catchment school
  • and who are applying to a school that is currently deemed at capacity, but who have sibling status at the school.

Please fill out all of the below information if you would like to have your child considered for a transfer (out-of-catchment placement). If the automated confirmation of your submission does not land in your inbox, please check your junk mail to confirm that your submission has been sent.

Admission decisions for the desired school or program will be made in June and communicated by June 10, 2022.

A separate form must be submitted for each child you would like to have considered. 

Please Note: Acceptance of Out-of-Catchment lasts until the student ages-out of the elementary school of acceptance and does not guarantee acceptance to the Out-of-Catchment middle school.

*Please note that this form does not register your child - you will need to register your child for their catchment school in addition to submitting this form. If your child is already attending school in the New Westminster School District you do not need to re-register your child.

*Please note that the schools listed above are deemed closed for transfer requests. Only those applying based on sibling status will be considered for out-of-catchment placement. Sibling status refers to students with a sibling who is both currently enrolled at the school, and will also still be attending the school for the 2022/23 school year.
