This form should be used for students where:
- the student or family would like to apply for a transfer into an out-of-catchment school
- and who have an older sibling who is already enrolled at the desired out-of-catchment school, who will still be enrolled there in September 2023.
Please fill out all of the below information if you would like to have your child considered for a transfer (out-of-catchment placement). If the automated confirmation of your submission does not land in your inbox, please check your junk mail to confirm that your submission has been sent.
Admission decisions for the desired school or program will be made in June and communicated by June 9, 2023.
A separate form must be submitted for each child you would like to have considered.
Please Note: Acceptance of Out-of-Catchment lasts until the student ages-out of the elementary school of acceptance and does not guarantee acceptance to the Out-of-Catchment middle school.
