Support staff are available to help students with personal, social, or school-related concerns. Students can schedule meetings to talk privately and get assistance when needed.
Students may schedule a 30-minute meeting with a school counsellor or a 15-minute appointment with a child care and youth worker (CCYW).
- Mrs. Sasakura (counsellor) – Available Monday through Friday.
- Mr. Konrad (counsellor) – Available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Mrs. O’Neill (CCYW) – Usually available Monday to Friday.
- Mrs. Smith (CCYW) – Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Note: Mr. Konrad and Mrs. Smith cannot be booked through the form below because their schedules vary. To meet with them, please speak to them in person or leave a note with your name, division, and preferred meeting time.
Before booking, please consider the following:
- Make sure your booking doesn’t conflict with important class activities like tests, presentations, or field trips.
- Check with your teacher ahead of time to confirm it’s okay to miss class.
- If you can’t attend your appointment, cancel it as soon as possible so someone else can use the time.
- Try not to book during the same class period every time.
- Please note that sometimes appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unexpected situations.
Online bookings are for individual meetings only. If a group meeting is needed, your counsellor will help arrange it.
- Please come back during the new school year to book a 2025-2026 session.
Booking as a parent
To book a session as a parent, please contact our counsellors or a child care and youth worker directly and not by form.
