Physical and health education at NWSS

New Westminster Secondary’s physical education department offers courses designed to support student health, wellness, and personal growth.

Classes gives students the chance to build skills, knowledge and confidence in different areas of physical activity. Students can also take part in the Sport Leadership program, which focuses on teamwork, mentorship and the development of leadership skills both on and off the field.
