Students must submit the following forms to the coach before the first practice and/or game:

• Athlete’s Code of Conduct
• Athletic medical form

The following athletic schedule is viewable only. Changes may only be done through the school’s athletic director. Please note the schedule is updated regularly based on information provided.

Thank you for supporting our school as a volunteer.

Volunteers help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive place for students to learn. To support this, all volunteers must follow district safety guidelines.

Before volunteering, please review the following:

• Read the parent/guardian volunteers procedure
• Read the district volunteer guidelines

Then complete one of the following forms (as needed):

• District volunteer registration form
• Driver registration form
• Volunteer criminal record registration form

Once you have reviewed the guidelines and filled out the forms:

• Register as a volunteer

Please note forms must be resubmitted each school year.
