Student Leadership
Student Leadership at Fraser River Middle School is made up of Grade 8 students selected through an application and interview process.
This group plays an important role in building school spirit and modelling positive behaviour. Student leaders take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Organizing fundraisers.
- Leading spirit days.
- Participating in school-wide events.
- Making announcements.
- Setting a positive example for the entire school community.
New West Youth Services programs
New West Youth Services supports young people aged 11–18 (up to 13 during school breaks) through a diverse range of inclusive, drop‑in programs at the New West Youth Centre (620 Eighth Street), Queensborough Community Centre, local middle schools, including FRMS.
