About our school
Queen Elizabeth Elementary (QEE) is a Kindergarten to Grade 4 school located in New Westminster’s Queensborough neighbourhood.
We believe every child brings unique strengths and qualities to our school community. Our role is to provide an education that supports each student’s growth, academically, socially and emotionally. We also help students take ownership of their learning and behaviour while encouraging care, respect, and responsibility for others and the world around them.

Safety procedures overview
Our school follows rules from the Ministry of Education and Child Care to help keep students safe. We expect everyone to behave in a respectful and responsible way and want all students to feel safe and included.
Queen Elizabeth Elementary practices safety (e.g. fire, earthquake, lockdown) drills throughout the year. We ask all parents at the start of each school year to update their contact and emergency information.
In an emergency, the school will work with local police, fire services, the city, health services, and child and family services to respond as needed.
