2019-2024 Strategic Plan

Indigenous education and reconciliation in schools
The New Westminster Schools Board of Education is officially committed to implementing recommendations and calls to action outlined by Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
The district is also dedicated to supporting the academic and social needs of all Indigenous students in New Westminster, being the first urban, off-reserve district to sign an Aboriginal Education Enhancement Agreement in British Columbia.
