AP 148-A – Privacy Breach Checklist
A privacy breach occurs when there is unauthorized access to or collection, use, disclosure or disposal of personal information. AP 148-A provides the necessary steps required for an individual to decide whether to report the breach to the ‘Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC).
