- Menus rotate on a four-week cycle.
- Each monthly school menu includes multiple options, including daily vegetarian and halal dishes.
- Meal costs are $6.95 for regular size and $5.95 for little lunch size.
Ordering your meals
Getting started
- Create an account on the Lunch Lady order site.
- Enter the required information (e.g. name, email, password) and click the Create My Account button.
- Complete your Account Profile and select Next.
- Add a profile for your child(ren) on the “Setup your Customers” screen.
- Complete your child(ren)’s profile. Note: New Westminster Schools under the “Delivery Location” menu say *FuelUp! followed by the school name.
Placing your order
Orders must be submitted by 10 a.m. at least two (2) business days in advance.
For example, for your child to receive a meal on Monday, you must place an order on Thursday by 10 a.m. If you’re unable to order online, please contact your school office for help.
If your child has food allergies or specific dietary needs, please download and complete a dietary needs form and email it to our provider for advice before submitting orders.
- When you log in, you will immediately see all your student profile(s)
- Each child’s profile shows: Delivery location and Division (called Room)
- Choose who you want to order for – click “Order Now” on the correct student
- On the calendar screen you can switch between student profiles the dropdown menu called “This order is for”
- Ensure the “In Division” field shows the correct classroom for the student. If it is not correct, click the dropdown to choose the right division.
- On the calendar, find the day you want to order lunch and click the “Add” button. Repeat for all dates you want to order.
- When you are finished choosing meals for all students, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen.
- Check that everything is correct. To remove an item, click “Remove” next to the item.
- If everything looks correct, click “Proceed to Checkout” then click the “Verify / Process” button to finish your order.
- You will get an email called “Transaction Report” from the Lunch Lady. This email means your order is confirmed.
