The new Neighbourhood Learning Centre will welcome a dedicated space for QEE StrongStart. Our program serves as a bridge to the QEE community for early learners by getting children used to routines that support school readiness and builds a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Through QEE StrongStart, parents will also have chances to connect with our educators and other parents as their children prepare for kindergarten.
What this means for families
The new QEE StrongStart space will offer:
- Increased capacity: Up to 25 children and their caregivers can attend together.
- A convenient start time: The program begins at school drop-off, making mornings easier for families.
- A welcoming environment: Located right on school grounds, StrongStart will help children feel at home as they transition into kindergarten.
