Short-term teaching and community education

New Westminster Schools offers short-term teaching and communication education contracts from time to time.

ELL Instructor/Supervisor – July 2026 short-term Summer International Program

The ELL Instructor/Supervisor will be instructing high school students (ages 15 – 18) using engaging English language activities and curricula. An emphasis on using language in conversational format is required. Some curriculum preparation as well as end of program student evaluation is required.

Together with Activity Coordinators, they will supervise students on afternoon field trips in the lower mainland, which incorporate learning and cultural concepts from daily English Language Learning.
