Rental of District Facilities
The FACILITY RENTALS DEPARTMENT for New Westminster Schools is located at:

ALERT: Facility Rentals of New Westminster school facilities (except licensed childcare) have been cancelled until August 31, 2021 inclusive. We will be starting to accept rentals again in September, with an all new booking system. For questions in the meantime, please email email@example.com
New Westminster Schools makes its facilities available for community use throughout the school year. Space available for rental includes classrooms, libraries, multi-purpose rooms, cafeterias and gymnasiums. Space is generally available for community use at District schools from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, and in our Neighbourhood Learning Centres throughout the day. Facilities are also available to rent on weekends; however, an additional custodial charge will be added in order to provide opening and closing, security, and custodial services. Weekend rentals are subject to a four-hour minimum timeframe.
All requests to book facilities in the New Westminster School District are handled through our Facility Rentals Department.
