Important Information for our 2024 Graduates & Students Applying for Post-Secondary

Recognition Day & Grad Ceremony:

Date: Wednesday, June 26th 2024

Where: Grimston Park, 1900 7th Ave, New Westminster

  • Graduates are to meet at POWER by 10am to be fitted with their caps/gowns and for a group picture, staff will drive them to the park for 11am
  • Families are to meet us at Grimston Park for 11am for the ceremony, a BBQ lunch and activities afterward

We hope that all students (graduates and those working toward graduation) and the families of the graduates will join us.

Diplomas:

Final marks will be sent to The Ministry of Education at the end of the school year and final transcripts will be released by July 31st.

Your dogwood diploma will be mailed to the school and our secretary will send an email once it has arrived and is ready for pick up (September or October 2024).

Transcripts: 

You can view your Unofficial Transcript of Grades and/or order your Official Transcript of Grades by creating a BCeID account through the Ministry of Education’s Student Transcript Service (STS).  You will need your PEN (Personal Education Number) to set up your account.

Final Post-Secondary Institute (PSI) Selections: 

The Electronic Post Secondary Institutions (PSI) Selection allows students to authorize the Ministry of Education to send their marks/transcripts to selected post-secondary institutions.
